  • Processing and packaging of ready-to-ship orders will occur on the subsequent business day or two following order confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped during weekends or public holidays.

  • None of these time frames are taking holiday delays into account.

Please note that any incidents occurring post-handover to our shipping partners, such as USPS or UPS, fall outside our responsibility and are ineligible for refunds.
